IPC-302/303/304 bystander to crime is also crime

When a crime is committed a person is sent to prison by state as those crimes are committed against society and state. The state prosecute the criminal and sentenced him to undergo imprison. the state protect an individual freedom and also its subject, as we cannot defend ourselves with such criminal.

But when a crime is committed against a person and all people stand by to watch it and making video is a shame to humanity.

We human consider our self as the most intelligent species on planet Earth and when we see such crime our faith in humanity is shattered to pieces.
The spectrum of human cruelty seemingly has elastic bounds based on the escalating frequency of mass violence. Most explanations of motive are effective at identifying emerging symptoms that predict murderous behavior, but few explanations indicate why the behavior occurs in the first place.
Mental sickness a convenient catch-all explanation for violent crime, but declaring mental sickness as the cause of behavior is a label of diagnostic convenience.
The Indian Penal Code on Homicide
defined under Section 302, 303 and 304 of Indian Penal Code 1860.
Provisions under section 302, 303 and 304 are:
Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. "Punishment for Murder"
Whoever commits murder shall be punished with death, or [imprisonment for life], and shall also be liable to fine.
Section 303 of Indian Penal Code.
"Punishment for Murder by life convict" Whoever, being under sentence of [imprisonment for life], commits murder, shall be punished with death.
Section 303 of Indian Penal Code.
"Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to Murder"
Whoever commits culpable homicide not amounting to murder shall be punished with [imprisonment for life], or imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine, if the act by which the death is caused is done with the intention of causing death, or of causing such bodily injury as is likely to cause death, or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, or with fine, or with both, if the act is done with the knowledge that it is likely to cause death, but without any intention to cause death, or to cause such bodily injury as is likely to cause death.
Section 304(A)IPC states that whoever causes the death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both .

Let’s hope we don’t come across such inhuman bystander behavior. It’s our primary responsibility to save human from humans.

RBI, The history of Reserve Bank of India. A brief analysis of its history from nothing to everything.

Reserve Bank of India- The Birth Of Paper Currency   The Reserve Bank of India was established under Act 2 of 1934 for the purpose of    (i) regulating the issue of bank notes,  (ii) keeping of reserves with a view to securing monetary stability in the  country and  (iii) operating the currency and credit system of the country to its advantage.  The role of a central bank such as the Reserve Bank in an economy is to manage  (i) the currency  (ii) the money supply and  (iii) interest rates.  The unique feature of a central bank is the monopoly that it has on increasing the monetary base in the state and the control it has in the printing of the national currency. The central bank virtually functions as “a lender of last resort” to banks suffering a liquidity crisis. Historians trace the rise of modern central banks to the establishment of the Bank of England under a Royal Charter granted on 27-07-1694 through the Tunnage Act, 169...
